The Canadian Education Statistics Council (CESC), a partnership between the
Council of Ministers of Education, Canada (CMEC) and Statistics Canada,
released a literature review called "Key factors to support literacy success
in school-aged population". An interesting and comprehensive report with sections on learning disabled aboriginal learners and ELL. The report can be found at
